CHANDRA SEKHAR REDDY Counsel for the Respondent Nos.1, 3, 4 & 5 : GP FOR SERVICES II Counsel for the Respondent Nos.2 & 6 : GP FOR SERVICES I The Court at the stage of admission made the following: ORDER THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA GUNARANJAN WRIT PETITION No.14111 of 2025 ORDER: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking following relief: “to declare the inaction on the part of Respondents 3 to 5 in initiating process in pursuance of Petitioners Representation dt.07.02.2025 for providing compassionate appointment to Petitioner basing on his educational qualification in Respondents’ Department being son of deceased Employee as illegal, arbitrary, against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the Respondents 3 to 5 to initiate process for giving compassionate appointment to Petitioner basing on his educational qualification in Respondents Department being son of deceased Employee and to pass such other orders.” Heard Sri N.Chandra Sekhar Reddy, learned counsel for 2. petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Services - II appearing for respondents 1, 3, 4 and 5, and learned Government Pleader for Services - I, appearing for respondents 2 and 6. Petitioner’s father. Late K.Sreenivasulu, died in harness 3. while discharging duties as Secondary Grade Assistant in Zilla Parishad High School. On such demise, petitioner has made 2 CGR, J W.P. No. 14111 of 2025 application on 07.02.2025 to Head Master of Zilla Parishad High School, P.C.Giri Village, to forward the same to proper authority for consideration of compassionate appointment. The same has been forwarded to 5^'^ respondent by letter dated 21.03.2025 which is stated to be pending for consideration. Petitioner claims to have submitted all requisite documents in support of his claim for compassionate appointment. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that it would suffice to direct 5‘^ respondent to pass appropriate orders on petitioner’s application. 5. Learned Assistant Government Pleaders appearing for respondents on the other hand submits that as petitioner’s application is already sent through proper channel to 5*^ respondent and the matter is seized up, necessary orders would be passed considering the eligibility and entitlement of petitioner for compassionate appointment. 6. In view of the same, with the consent of both the learned counsel, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage by directing 5^'^ respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on petitioner’s application as channeled through Head Master of 3 CGR, J W.P. No.14111 of 2025 s Zill Parishad High School, P.C.Giri Village, Gudibanda Mandal, Sri Satya Sai District, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order strictly in accordance with law.
