No. 128 of 2024, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., P.S. Wazirganj, District Lucknow. 3. Registry has reported defect in the present application that for quashing of F.I.R., criminal writ petition should be filed. 4. When confronting with the above objection of the Office, after arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave of this Court to permit withdrawal of the application with liberty to file writ petition before the appropriate Bench. 5. Prayer made is allowed. 6. The application stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. 7. Office is directed to return all the certified documents annexed with the application to the learned counsel for the applicant, after retaining photocopy of the same on record.
