Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondents no.1 to 3, and Sri Yogendra Singh, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.4. 2. Instant petition has been filed praying for quashing of the first information report dated 05.06.2025 bearing no.191 of 2025, under Sections 318(4), 108 of B.N.S., lodged at Police Station Gazipur, District Lucknow. 3. Upon filing of the petition, it was contended that the petitioner and respondent no.4 have entered into a compromise vide the compromise deed dated 28.08.2025, a copy of which is Annexure-5 to the petition. 4. This Court, vide order dated 23.09.2025, had required the compromise deed to be placed before the learned Senior Registrar of this Court for verification of the said compromise. 5. In pursuance to the order of this Court dated 23.09.2025, the Senior Registrar of this Court, vide his report dated 08.10.2025, has verified the compromise between the petitioner and respondent no.4. 6. As per the said compromise, the petitioner and respondent no.4 have agreed to end the dispute between themselves amicably. 7. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is allowed.
