On 11.12.2024, the following order was passed:- "1. Heard. 2. By means of this petition, the petitioners, Shiv Shankar and Ram Khelawan have sought quashing of First Information Report dated 12.11.2024 bearing F.I.R. No. 0349 of 2024, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C. registered at Police Station Achalganj, District Unnao. 3. The contention of the learned Counsel for the petitioners is that the petitioners have falsely implicated in the impugned F.I.R. According to the petitioners, dispute between the parties are civil in nature as it relates to agreement to sell and the allegations made in the impugned F.I.R. are false and concocted, hence he prays for protection. 4. On due consideration, prima facie, a case for consideration is made out. 5. Issue notice to the opposite party no.4. Steps be taken within a week. 6. Office will submit service report on the basis of computerized tracking report. 7. Let counter affidavit be filed within four weeks. 8. List after four weeks. 9. Considering the submissions made, it is provided that till the next date of listing, the petitioners shall not be arrested on the basis of the impugned First Information Report, unless sufficient and credible evidence is available against them. The petitioners shall, however, cooperate in the investigation and get their statement recorded before the Investigating Officer as and when they are called. If they do not do so then it can be made a ground for seeking vacation of this interim order. " 2. Learned A.G.A. on the basis of instruction dated 22.1.2025 received from Senior Sub-inspector, police station Achalganj, District Unnao Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Sudhir Kumar Rai Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A., Awanish Kumar Bhatt Shivshankar And Another .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Secy. Home Deptt. Lko And Others .....Respondent(s) submits that the final report no. 05/2025 dated 21.1.2025 was forwarded in the matter, therefore, this petition has rendered infructuous. 4.
