Feeling aggrieved, the petitioner has preferred this writ petition. 1 CWP No.6885 of 2025 decided on 28.04.2025. -2- 3. From the pleadings, it appears that w.e.f. 19.10.2020, the petitioner has been serving within a distance of 10–12 kms, therefore, the impugned order transferring the petitioner from GSSS Ichhi, District Kangra, cannot be faulted. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has preferred a representation on 17.06.2025 (Annexure P-2) seeking her adjustment, citing reasons therefor. It is submitted that the petitioner would be content in case the respondents/competent authority is directed to decide the aforesaid representation within a time- bound schedule. Learned Deputy Advocate General appearing for the respondents is not averse to this prayer. 4. Without interfering with the impugned transfer order dated 28.05.2025 (Annexure P-1), this writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of 10 days from today.
