Heard Mr. U.P. Chaliha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. J. Payeng, learned Standing Counsel, Home Department for F.T. matters. Mr. Payeng, learned Standing Counsel, Home Department for F.T. matters has submitted that if the applicant, that is, the petitioner in the writ petition, W.P.[C] no. 3981/2018 approaches the Superintendent of Police [Border], Nagaon with an appropriate representation along with the annexures including the Order dated 18.10.2023 passed in W.P.[C] no. 3981/2018, the office of the Superintendent of Police [Border], Nagaon would take the necessary steps in terms of the Order dated 18.10.2023 [supra]. Mr. Chaliha, learned counsel for the applicant-writ petitioner has submitted that the applicant is agreeable to do so, as suggested by Mr. Payeng, and the interlocutory application can be closed at this stage. In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the instant interlocutory application is closed, at this stage, reserving the liberty to the petitioner to approach again, in the event the Order dated 18.10.2023 passed in the writ petition, W.P.
