Learned A.G.A. on the basis of instructions sent by In-charge S.H.O., Police Station Raniganj, District Pratapgarh dated 10.12.2025 states that the petitioner had been called for questioning on 08.12.2025 vide G.D. Entry No.56 and had been returned on the same day. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he is perfectly satisfied with the instructions and does not intend to press the writ petition. 5.
