Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that this Court, on 13th May, 2025, had directed the respondent no. 1-Municipal Corporation of Delhi (“MCD”), to inspect the respective properties of the petitioner and the respondent nos. 2 and 3, which are adjacent to each other. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that after the direction of this Court, the respondent nos. 2 and 3 have got the property of the petitioner repaired, to the satisfaction of the petitioner.
