Following order was passed in this matter on 30.06.2025:-
“Notice. Mr. L.N. Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Petitioner is aggrieved against order dated 12.03.2025 (Annexure P-1), whereby, respondents rejected her representation for transfer from Pt. JLNGMC Chamba on the ground of shortage of Staff Nurses. The impugned order records that against the total number of 138 Staff Nurses, only 64 are in position leaving behind 74 vacancies. 3. Petitioner raised plea of discrimination by the respondents in considering her case for transfer vis-à- vis one Smt. Goldi Kharwal. Goldi Kharwal can be transferred vice someone else, the same procedure could have been adopted in case of petitioner as well i.e. by transfer of Staff Nurse from different place to replace the petitioner at Chamba. 5. Before passing any further order in the matter, let learned Additional Advocate general to have instructions in the matter. List on 03.07.2025. CMP No. 14715 of 2025
Disposed of as not pressed at this stage.”
