Anand Surya, learned Counsel representing Sri Suresh Kumar Reddy Kalava, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioners, Sri P. Veera Reddy, learned Senior Counsel representing Sri Sk. Khaja Basha, learned Standing Counsel for Wakf Board and Sri T. Sanjeeva Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. 2. The present Writ Petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus against Respondent Nos.6 to 8 on the ground that the said Respondents have undertaken some construction at the behest of the Wakf Board (Respondent No.4). 3. Learned Counsel for the Petitioners has drawn the attention of this Court to a Suit filed by certain persons claiming title over the said land. The 3 said suit, bearing O.S.No.33 of 1994 on the file of the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Madanapalle, was dismissed for Non-prosecution. Against the said Order of dismissal, the Plaintiffs therein filed A.S.No.653 of 2005 along with A.S.M.P.No.2521 of 2013. The learned Single Judge of this Court had recorded the undertaking given by the Wakf Board in A.S.M.P.No.2521 of 2013 that the Wakf Board would remove the construction in case it loses the case. 4. The present Writ Petition is filed by two Petitioners. From the facts of the case, this Court is unable to understand the connection between the Petitioners in the present Writ Petition and the Plaintiffs in O.S. No.33 of 1994. If there is any right available to the Writ Petitioners against the Wakf Board, they are required to initiate appropriate Proceedings before the appropriate Forum either against the Wakf Board or against Respondent Nos.6 to 8. In any case, the present Writ Petition is not maintainable, inasmuch as the Petitioners have not disclosed any cause of action against Respondent Nos.6 to 8. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. 6.
