The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 20.12.2024 passed by the respondent No.3 in Suit No.20/92 of 2010-11 (Computerized No. D201116670030) (Shivjeet Vs. Heengu and others) Under Section 198 (4) of U.P.Z.A. and L.R. Act, 1950 (Contained as Annexure No. 6 to this writ petition)." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing revision against the order impugned. 4. Since the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to entertain the instant petition. 5. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy as available to him under law. 6.
