It appears that on the last occasion, i.e, 26.08.2025, as well there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Today, also despite the name of the learned counsel for the petitioner appearing in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Mr. B. Sarmah, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.2, submits that upon receiving the letter from the Assistant Inspector General of Police, (Law), Assam, for including the name of the petitioner in PPO Book of Lt. Nabin Singha Ex-ABC(LNK) of 6th A.P. Bn, Kathal, Assam, the Senior Accounts Officer Legal Cell of Office of the Principle Accountant General has directed the Treasury Officer, Cachar (Silchar), to include the name of the petitioner as second wife in the PPO Book of her deceased husband treating the letter as an authority. The communications dated 05.10.2024 and 21.10.2024, is kept on record and marked as ‘X’ and ‘Y’. Be that as it may, in view of the consecutive non-appearance
