The present interim bail application has been filed by the accused-applicant under Section 483 of B.N.S.S., 2023 seeking interim bail to the accused-applicant to attend the marriage of his sister, which is scheduled to be held on 12.05.2025. 2. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant submits that the marriage of sister of the accused-applicant is scheduled to be held on 12.05.2025 and the learned Public Prosecutor was directed to verify the fact of marriage. Learned counsel also submits that vide order dated 02.05.2025, the Coordinate Bench of this Court granted benefit of interim bail to father of the accused-applicant- Malkha Singh on the ground of marriage of his daughter Pinkesh @ Pinki (S.B. Learned Deputy Government Advocate along with learned Additional Government Advocate while vehemently opposing the interim bail application, submits the verification report dated 29.04.2025, according to which the marriage of Pinkesh @ Pinki D/o Malkha Singh, who is sister of the accused-applicant is scheduled to be held on 12.05.2025. 4. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that father of the accused-applicant-Malkha Singh has been enlarged on interim bail by the Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 02.05.2025, this Court deems it proper to allow the interim bail application filed by the accused-applicant. 5. Therefore, this interim bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant-Lekhraj S/o Malkha Singh be released on interim bail from 08.05.2025 to 16.05.2025. The concerned trial Court is directed to release the accused-applicant on interim bail for the above-mentioned period provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- together with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of learned trial Court with the stipulation that after availing the interim bail till 16.05.2025, the accused-applicant shall surrender himself on 17.05.2025 (11.00 a.m.) before the concerned Jail Authorities, otherwise learned trial Court will be at liberty to take action against the accused-applicant.
