This petition seeks issuance of direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned F.I.R. bearing FIR No.0217 of 2023, under Sections 323, 352, 452, 406, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Malihabad, District Lucknow. 3. This Court has passed the following order on 15.04.2024 :- "Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for a week's time to file supplementary affidavit alongwith Bank statement which is proof that the amount is not handed over. List this case in the week commencing 22.04.2024." 4. The aforesaid order has not been complied with as no supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioners. 5. It appears that either the petition has lost its efficacy or the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the matter. 6. In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
