Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. 2. This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the petitioners have prayed for the following substantial relief(s): "(i) Issue a writ of Mandamus or a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Opp. Parties no. 03 and 04, to decide the pending online applications dated 20.03.2025, preferred by the Petitioners bearing nos. 202522075200001 and 202522075200002, for 'khatauni Anshtruti Sudhar' in the light of the Government order dated 19.12.2024." 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that raising their grievances the petitioners have filed the aforesaid applications before the respondent authority, however the same has not yet been decided. 4. Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent authorities should be directed to pass a reasoned order upon the applications of the petitioner. 5. Accordingly, the respondent authorities concerned are directed to pass a reasoned order upon the aforesaid applications of the petitioners in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners.
