Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though this Court has passed the order dated 10/09/2024 in WPS No. 2287/2024 directing the RAHUL JHA Digitally signed by RAHUL JHA Date: 2025.04.22 10:27:14 +0530 2 respondent authorities to consider the case of the petitioner therein on the basis of D.Ed Degree obtained by her prior to issuance of the advertisement, however, the respondents have not considered the case of the present petitioner in terms of the order passed by this Court and have not published the name of the petitioner in the list of candidates called for counselling. 2. Per Contra, learned State counsel would submit that presently the counselling has already been completed and there is no scope of entertaining any representation of the petitioner. 3. Controverting the said submission, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the counselling is still going on. 4. I have heard counsel for the parties. 5. In view of the above rival submissions made by the counsel for the parties, it is directed that if any counselling is still going on, the petitioner is permitted to make a suitable representation along with the order dated 04/02/2025 for redressal of his/her grievance and the same shall be considered and decided by the respondent authorities in accordance with law expeditiously, keeping in mind the order dated 10/09/2024 passed in WPS no. 2287/2024 and if the petitioner is found eligible his name be published in the list of eligible candidate. Though similar order has been passed by this Court way back on 03/02/2025 and accordingly, the respondents have initiated proceedings for counselling, but in this case the petitioner has approached this Court in a very belated stage, even if there lies any scope the respondents are directed to act in 3 accordance with law. 6.
