At the very outset, learned AGA, on the basis of instructions dated 18.11.2025 sent by Sri Ramjeet Yadav, Sub Inspector Police Station-Kotwali Dehat, District Hardoi, states that the charge sheet has been filed on 10.11.2025 in the matter. The aforesaid statement of the learned AGA has been recorded. After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue other remedies that may be available to him under law. Learned counsel for respondents has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
