PP The Court made the following Order: 2 THE HON’BLE SMT JUSTICE V.SUJATHA CRIMINAL PETITION No.4082 of 2021 ORDER: The Criminal Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to quash the proceedings in Crime No.3/RCO- EWG/2020 on the file of ACB, Eluru Range, Eluru, West Godavari District. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on oral instructions, submits that the investigation is under progress. Police have examined and recorded as many as 14 witnesses in this case. 3. In view of the fact that the investigation in the present case was not stalled by this Court and as no charge sheet has been filed till date, the Police are directed to file a charge sheet in the present petition after completion of the investigation and get it numbered as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time, the Police are directed not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner. . 3 4. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
