Manokaran For Respondents: Mr.M.Shajahan Special Government Pleader for R1 and R2 Dr.T.Seenivasan, Special Government Pleader for R1 and R2 ORDER When the matter came up on 05.12.2025, Dr.T.Seenivasan representing third respondent reported that the detailed project report has been submitted to the Government for supply of water to the areas covered by the petitioners’ property. 2. Going through the instructions, I noticed that no period was mentioned therein. Hence, I posted the matter today, to enable Dr.T.Seenivasan, to report the time period within which, the water connection will be afforded to the petitioners’ lay out. 3. Dr.T.Seenivasan has obtained written instructions from the Commissioner, Karamadai Municipal Office. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 46842 of 2025 4. The instructions reports that while he would require one year for effecting permanent water connection, arrangements are being made to give temporary water supply to the petitioner’s, property which will be effected on or before 25.02.2026.
