The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he prays for anticipatory bail. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reported that the petitioner is having 8 previous cases against him and also the property is recovered. 5.
