No.618 of 2025. 2. This Case in Cr.No.320 of 2016 is registered for alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 324, 325 & 506(ii) of Indian Penal Code. It is reported that A2 died. The parties have moved on and have no objection to the case being disposed of on compromise. Due to the unique manner in which this dedicated bench conducts hybrid hearings, the filing of written affidavits or terms of compromise is dispensed with.
