Heard learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties. 2. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner inter alia, praying therein for the following reliefs:- "(i.) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent- authorities, particularly respondent no. 3, to conduct fresh physical marking of the leased land allotted to the petitioners admeasuring 0.008 hectare in Gata No. 110-Mi, Village Kishundaspur, Tehsil - Mankapur, District - Gonda within a time-bound period; (ii.) Direct the respondents to ensure peaceful possession and permit the petitioners to raise residential construction over the allotted land in accordance with law;" 3. The concerned respondent-authority is directed to carry out a fresh physical marking of the leased land allotted to the petitioner within a period of three weeks from date. 4. The entire operation should be done in the presence of the writ petitioner. 5. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
