This petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following main prayer:- (i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby directing the Opp. Party No. 1, 2 & 3 to demarcate the Land of Gata No. 934/ 0.316 and Gata No. 1070/ 1.682 hectare situated at Village-Shahpur Vinaura, Pargana- Gopamau, Tehsil & District- Hardoi and dispossess the Opp. Party No. 5 to 9 from the illegal of encroached share of the petitioners' share..." 3. From a perusal of the facts, it is clear that the petitioners are required to make a proper application under Section 24 of the U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In view of the same, we cannot interfere in the matter. 5. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioners to approach the Revenue Court in accordance with law.
