Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondents no.1 to 3 and Sri Adam Sultan, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.4 & 5. 2. Instant petition has been filed praying for quashing of the first information report dated 08.08.2025 bearing no.0221 of 2025 under Sections 191(2) & 109(1) of B.N.S., 2023 lodged at Police Station Hazrataganj, District Lucknow. Further prayer is for a mandamus commanding the opposite parties no 1 to 3 to not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance to the aforesaid FIR. 3. Upon filing of the petition, it was contended that the petitioners and respondents no.4 & 5 have entered into a compromise vide the compromise deed dated 12.09.2025, a copy of which is Annexure-2 to the petition. 4. This Court vide order dated 14.10.2025 had required the compromise deed to be placed before the learned Senior Registrar of this Court for verification of the said compromise. 5. In pursuance to the order of this Court dated 14.10.2025, the Senior Registrar of this Court vide his report dated 17.10.2025 has verified the compromise between the petitioners and respondents no.4 & 5. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is allowed. The proceedings of FIR No.0221 of 2025 under Sections 191(2) & 109(1) of B.N.S., 2023 lodged at Police Station Hazrataganj, District Lucknow, are hereby quashed.
