In pursuance to the order of this Court dated 12.11.2025 the personal affidavit of the SHO Police Station Kheri District Kheri filed today in Court is taken on record. 3. Instant petition has been filed praying for a mandamus commanding the respondents no.2 and 3 to conduct the fair and proper investigation of Case Crime No. 0291 of 2025 under Section 109(1) now converted under Section 103(1) of BNS, 2023, Police Station Kheri, District Kheri. 4. At the very outset, learned AGA on the basis of averments contained in the personal affidavit states that a final report dated 11.09.2025 has been submitted before the supervisory authority. 5. Considering the aforesaid, it is apparent that the writ petition has been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, it is dismissed as infructuous leaving it open to the petitioner to pursue appropriate remedy as may be available to him under law. December 2, 2025 A.
