3. Further, summons were served to the petitioner and opposite parties and hearings were conducted on various dates. 4. Further, it is informed that the enquiry is in the final stage and the orders will be passed on merits based on the documents produced by the petitioner and the counter petitioners. 3.In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the respondent to take a final decision within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
