Earlier prayer of the applicants for withdrawal of amount was not entertained by the learned Single Judge of this Court, as some of the applicants (respondent nos. 4 and 5) were not ready to receive the amount in equal share . 4. Having heard the learned advocate for the applicants, learned advocate for the respondents, and learned advocate for respondent nos. 4 and 5, who have agreed that all the applicants as well as respondent nos. 4 and 5 are entitled for equal share and they are ready to accept the same. 5. In view of the above, and considering the dire need of applicant no. 1 who is hospitalised, present civil application is allowed. Applicants as well as respondent nos. 4 and 5 are permitted to withdraw the deposited amount in equal share on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial).
