No.111/2017 on the file of the Honbie Principal Junior Civil Judge Kovur SPSR Neiiore District in favour of the petitioner and against the respondent Nos.4 and 5 and their Men restraining them from interfering with the Suit Schedule property of the petitioner i e land in Sy No 320/2 admeasuring an extent of Ac.0.31 Cents situated at KothapaHi Kourugunta Village Dagadarti Mandai SPSR Neiiore District further inspite of Representation of the Petitioner dated 10.03.2025 as illegal arbitrary and opposed to the established principles of law 2 and consequently direct the respondents 2 and 3 herein to provide Police protection to the petitioner pertaining to suit scheduleproperty pass..." Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. As relief sought for is innocuous, notice to respondents 4 and 5 is dispensed with. 2. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that despite making an application seeking police aid in terms of the decree dated 27.01.2020 in O.S.No.111 of 2017 on the file of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Kovur, SPSR Nellore District, the respondent Nos.2 and 3 have not acted on the same which is arbitrary and illegal. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home instructions, submitted that although the police made several attempts to contact the petitioner, he failed to respond. Consequently, the application made by the petitioner has been closed. In support of this contention, the call details of the police have also been filed. 4. on Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner attempted to visit respondent No. 3, even day before yesterday; however, no action was taken on his request. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the only for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 not providing police aid appears to be the petitioner's alleged failure to respond to their phone calls, which is now 6. reason 3 being disputed, and that petitioner is willing to once again approach them, it would suffice to dispose the writ petition. In view of the above, petitioner is permitted to make fresh 7. representation to respondent No.3 within a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, respondent No.3 is directed to consider the request of the petitioner for providing police protection, keeping in view of the fact that a decree has been passed by the competent civil Court, within a period of two (2) weeks, thereafter. 8. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
