The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners/defendant Nos.1 and 2 submits that, even though they have challenged the order dated 10.01.2025, since the application for vacating ex-parte order is pending before the trial court and the argument of the defendant is completed and the counsel for the plaintiff has to argue the matter, he sought for early disposal of the application. He submits that, 24.02.2025 is the date fixed for the argument of the plaintiff. 3. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing the trial court to dispose of IA Nos. 1 to 3, as expeditiously as possible, not later than 12.03.2025.
