Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that although he has approached this Court praying for quashing of the History Sheet No.- 169-A of 2021 dated 28.04.2021 at Police Station Kandhai, District Pratapgarh yet as a surveillance is also being carried out by the respondent-authorities, as such, he prays that he may be permitted to represent his grievance before the Superintendent of Police, Pratapgarh i.e. respondent No.2 and he prays that the respondent No.2 be directed to consider the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with law and relevant rules in accordance with law within a specified time. 3. To the aforesaid prayer, learned A.G.A. has no objection. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to submit a representation for his grievance pertaining to surveillance with the respondent No.2 within two weeks along with the certified copy of this order.
