This petition has been filed with following main prayer:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the opposite parties to take appropriate action in the Case Crime No.019/2024 under Section 420 I.P.C., registered at Police Station-Baba Bazar, District-Ayodhya." At the outset, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents prays for and is granted four weeks' time to file personal affidavit of the Investigating Officer concerned with regard to active investigation made in the aforesaid case crime number. Accordingly, list/put up this case after four weeks." 3. Learned AGA, on the basis of counter affidavit filed in the matter, submits that the Charge Sheet dated 20.12.2024 has been filed in the matter in the court of A.C.J.(J.D.)-2, District Faizabad on 08.1.2025, therefore, this petition has rendered infructuous. 4.
