No.618 of 2025. 2. The case was registered in Cr.No.80 of 2019 dated 08.03.2019 for the alleged offence under Section 392 of Indian Penal Code, 1860. It is reported that stolen property has already been recovered and returned to the defacto complainant and the case is presently pending at the stage of warrant. The defacto complainant is present before the Court and stated that he does not want to pursue the case. It is further submitted that the prosecution has already filed an application before the concerned Magistrate seeking permission to withdraw the prosecution. In view of the above, there is no necessity to keep the case pending before the Magistrate any further, as no useful purpose would be served in continuing the proceedings. 4. Accordingly, the case in C.C.No.375 of 2019 on the file of Additional Mahila Court, Tiruppur, Tiruppur Taluk, Tiruppur shall stands disposed of.
