At the very outset, learned AGA, after providing a copy of counter affidavit to the learned counsel for the petitioners, states that as per para 7 of counter affidavit, the investigation has been concluded and the charge sheet dated 24.5.2025 has been submitted before the supervisory authority in the matter, hence, the present petition has become infructuous.
