Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. The present application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. has filed by the applicant with the prayer to direct the Additional Civil Judge, (Senior Division) FTC/Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ambedkar Nagar to decide the Complaint Case No.3454 of 2023, (Susheel Kumar Mishra vs. Tulsidas Dwivedi) under Section 138 of N.I. Act, Police Station Kotwali Akbarpur, District Ambedkar Nagar expeditiously within stipulated time. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the matter under the N.I. Act is pending since 2023 whereas Section 143(3) of N.I. Act itself provides that under Section 143(3) of the N.I. Act, it is provided that every trial under this Section shall be conducted as expeditiously as possible and an endeavour shall be made to conclude the trial within six months from the date of filing of the complaint. He has submitted that since long time, the case is pending without substantial progress. 5. In view of the aforesaid submission, the court concerned is directed to adhere to the provisions of Section 143 (3) of the N.I. Act and accordingly, expedite the proceedings of the aforesaid case in accordance with law. 6. With the aforesaid direction, the application is disposed of.
