(Oral) While placing on record communication dated 8.9.2025, issued under the signature of Principal DAV Centenary College, Kotkhai, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. R.P. Singh, Advocate, states that sum of Rs. 11,31,233/- on account of leave encashment, has been credited in the bank account of the petitioner. 2. Having perused aforesaid communication, there appears to be merit in the contention of Mr. R.P. Singh, Advocate. 3. Ms. Bhushree Jain, Advocate, appearing for the petitioner states that though as per calculations received from the petitioner, more than Rs. 21.00 lakhs was due on account of leave encashment, - 2 - but as per respondents, only sum of Rs.11,31,233/- has been credited in the bank account of the petitioner and as such, petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh for redressal of surviving grievances. 4.
