[2] This present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- “a) admit this petition; (b) issue notice upon the Respondents; (c) issue rule calling upon each of the respondents to show cause as to why the petitioner shall not be paid provisional pension from 01.09.2024 till the date of final disposal of the disciplinary proceeding brought against the petitioner; (d) issue rule calling upon each of the respondents to show cause as to why the petitioner shall not be paid leave salary for the period of 300 days as earned by him; AND (e) be pleased to make the rule absolute in terms of items (c) and (d) above after hearing the parties” [3] Heard and perused the evidence on record. [4] After perusal of the record, it is seen that the petitioner herein submitted representation dated 06.12.2024 and subsequent thereto another representation dated 22.01.2025 addressed to the concerned respondent, ventilating the hardships but till date the same is pending. [5] In view of such circumstances, without expressing any opinion on the merits of this case, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent(s) to consider the case of the petitioner in light of the representations dated 06.12.2024 and 22.01.2025 in accordance with law within a period of 03(three) months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. With the above observation and direction, this present writ petition stands disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous application(s), pending if any, shall stand closed.
