On Order dated 02.01.2025, passed by a Co-ordinate bench of this Court in the said writ petition was recalled by virtue of review petition being I.A.No.03 of 2025. 2. Since the direction of Revenue Authority for making survey over disputed plot of land and police protection therein virtue of the matter is sub judice till today, this Court thinks it necessary not to pass any order till the matter be settled by the appropriate Court. 4. At this juncture, the instant writ petition is disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach this Court, if so advised, on the same cause of action. There shall be no order as to costs.
