2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s: (i) for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate
writ/writs,
order/orders, command/commands, direction/directions for directing the respondent No. 4 to dispose of Land Acquisition Case No. 06/11 and further for pass award in favour of petitioner.

3. The petitioner has moved before this Court with a simple prayer, to direct the concerned authority to dispose of the Land Acquisition Case No. 06/11.
4. There is no counter affidavit on behalf of the State though learned State Counsel submits that the matter is of the year 2011 and it must have been disposed of and if the same is still pending, shall be taken to its logical conclusion at an earliest by 31.12.2025.
5. Accepting the words of the learned State Counsel with a direction to the concerned authority to see it that if the Land Acquisition Case No. 06/11 has not been disposed of, the same shall be taken to its logical conclusion.
6. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
