The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 13196 of 2023, registered for the alleged offence under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that it has been alleged that the petitioner has introduced the informant with the seller of the land in question. He submits that the subsequently, the informant has purchased the land and boundary wall has also been made by the informant, however, later on it has come to the knowledge that the said land has already been purchased by another person. He further submits that the anticipatory bail petition of other co-accused has already been disposed of on the strength of Satender Kumar Antil Versus Central Bureau of Investigation & Anr., reported in (2022) 10 SCC 51. 4. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that the allegation is there against the petitioner. 5. Considering that the case is arising out of a complaint and only allegation against the petitioner is that he has introduced the [2025:JHHC:23980] -2- informant with the seller of the land in question and further considering the judgment of Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil Versus Central Bureau of Investigation & Anr., reported in (2022) 10 SCC 51, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks from today and the learned Court shall release the petitioner, named above, on the appropriate terms and conditions or on sureties as may deem fit and proper by the learned Court.
