No. 166/2020, dated 05.09.2020 in imposing onerous condition of Fixed deposit for Rs.4,00,000 to release the petitioners Mahindra Vehicle bearing No. AP 21 CH 4545 as illegal, arbitrary, violative of Articles 19(1)(g), 21 of the Constitution of India.” 2 2. Sri M.Karibasaiahumar, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, a Coordinate Bench of this Court passed an interim order dated 17.09.2020 in this petition directing the Respondents to release the Petitioner’s vehicle bearing No.AP 21 CH 4545 by taking collateral security for the value of the vehicle from the Petitioner. In that view no further orders are required in this matter and hence, the petition may be dispose of. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Prohibition & Excise would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
