The aforesaid statement is recorded. 3. Upon the same being pointed out, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not intend to press on with the writ petition and prays that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy as may be available to him. 4.
