The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has diligently complied with the condition imposed by this Court. However, the petitioner is a permanent resident of Mumbai, where his family and business are located, which has caused immense hardship, resulting in loss of business and serious disruption to the family’s livelihood and stability. Hence, the present modification petition has been filed by the petitioner. 3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition that ‘‘ the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation’’.
