When the matter taken for hearing both side counsel appeared submit that the matter was settled amicably to that effect filed Joint Compromise Memo dated 19.08.2025. The petitioners are acquitted from charges in C.C No. 7250 of 2014 on the file of the Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.II, Egmore, Allikulam, Chennai. Joint Compromise memo is forming part of this judgement and the respondent is permitted to withdraw the amount, if any, lying before the Trial Court. Further, If any deviation in terms of compromise, this Case will be reopened.
