Those documents were not available at the time to filing the written statement. The applicant has now obtained certain documents and filed them belatedly before this Court. Therefore, the present application has been filed to receive the additional documents submitted by the Applicant/Defendant in C.S.No.61 of 2023. 3. The learned counsel for the respondent has no serious objection to this application being allowed. 4. Considering the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit and the circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.
