Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "(i) Issue a writ or order of certiorari thereby quashing the impugned order dated 21.05.202.5 issued on 10.07.2025 passed by Opp. parties as contained in Annexure no. 1 to this petition. (ii) Issue a writ or order of Mandamus thereby directing the opp. parties to provide the claim of the petitioner under the scheme "Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatna Kalyan Yojna" for providing amount of Rs. 5,00,000 to the petitioner expeditiously to meet the ends of Justice." 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that the application of the petitioner was rejected primarily as per the proper format. He fairly submits that if the petitioner files the claim in the correct format, the same shall be considered. 4. In light of the above submissions, the impugned order is quashed and set aside with a direction upon the petitioner to file his claim under the Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatna Kalyan Yojana in the proper format. If such an application is filed within a period of two weeks from date, the authorities are directed to grant an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and thereafter pass a reasoned order within a period of 8 weeks Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Ganga Prasad Mishra, Abhinav Mishra Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C.
