Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the respondents-State. 2. Instant writ petition has been filed praying for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents-authorities to take appropriate steps and conduct fair and proper investigation of the F.I.R. No.0205 of 2025 under Sections 69, 351(3), 352 B.N.S., Police Station Raunahi, District Ayodhya. 3. Contention is that despite the aforesaid F.I.R. having been filed, the authorities concerned are not proceeding in the matter. 4. Responding learned A.G.A. on the basis of instructions sent by Ms Suneeta Tiwari, Sub-Inspector, Police Station Raunahi, District Ayodhya states that charge-sheet under the aforesaid provisions has been prepared and submitted to the supervisory authorities on 18.09.2025 vide charge- sheet No.312 of 2025. Thus, it is apparent that the respondents are proceeding in the matter. 5. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is consigned to record.
