Case No. 05 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and section 66(C) and 66(D) of the Information Technology Act, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Simdega. 3. Accused persons on mobile phone enticed several persons to deposit money in their account, so that they could get the benefit of Government Scheme of Agriculture Department. 4. It was submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused. It was further submitted that similarly situated co- accused persons have been granted bail by this court as well as by the Coordinate Bench of this Court earlier. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Simdega in connection with Pakartanr P.S.
