Instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, feeling aggrieved by the order dated 30.08.2012, declining his regularization on the ground that he is a daily wager employee. 2. On behalf of respondents, an application (1/2025) has been filed disclosing the fact that the original writ petitioner has passed away on 08.09.2022 and in support, copy of his death certificate has been enclosed. 3. In such view of the matter, the writ petition on behalf of dead person may not survive, hence, same is hereby dismissed. 5.
