Submissions are placed on record. The petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the Trial Court in S.C.No.2061/2018 and make necessary application, seeking regular bail. In the event petitioner surrenders before the Trial Court and files necessary application seeking regular bail.
