Ahmad is 100 % disabled person and claims family pension under the relevant rules. Disability certificate has been brought on record as annexure 5 to the petition, which is dated 4.5.2017. It is submitted that petitioner has filed representation for the first time in 2018 and thereafter continuously approached the authority but they failed to decide the same and the last one in the series was 12th September, 2024, copy whereof has been brought on record as annexure 11 of the present petition. Learned Standing Counsel does not have objection in the event direction is issued to the concerned authority to decide the representation of the petitioner in a time bound period. In view of aforesaid, this petition stands disposed of with direction to respondent no. 3 to look into and consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same within a period of two months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
